A DUTCH TORTOISESHELL AND IVORY FITTED SILVER EQUIPAGE 
MARKS FOR 1839 
Of rectangular form, with mother-of-pearl escutcheon, the interior fitted with twelve silver tea-spoons and ivory and silver tea-strainer and five demi tasse spoons  7½ in. (19 cm.) wide; 2 in. (5 cm.) high.

==Condition==
The box- in good decorative condition. The hinged cover with a crack or fault in the shell some other tiny nicks along the cover, the ivory with some light staining. The fitted velvet interior faded and worn- the tea strainer associated to the set
