	A Stakeholder analysis is an analysis that aims to identify and analyze the different people or groups - stakeholders – that are affected by the results, simultaneously with the result’s success depending on the cooperation between the stakeholder and the project. It is important to identify all stakeholders for the purpose of identifying their success criteria and turning these into quality goals. Create insight into the project by breaking it down to the desired level.
Identify all stakeholders, deselect the unimportant ones, and group the remaining stakeholders until the desired level of detail is achieved.

When to perform a Stakeholder analysis
A Stakeholder analysis is performed when there is a need to clarify the consequences of envisaged changes, or at the start of new projects and in connection with organizational changes generally.
