Thery are either procrastinators, busy or detached
10% of managers are purposeful
Why?
Because they have a bias for action
They are will power not just motivation
They are given time to think and reflect and build dreams
Their actions are oriented against a goal
They dont just decide based upon past history but look at unexplored options Double-Loop Thinking?
It drives collective action
