Shows wear reflecting its age and use. Scuffing and more tears to the top and botton of spine and along the spine. Spine just becoming a little loose. Foxing to the first couple of pages and last couple of pages. All other pages look clear and crisp. Book plate inside front cover Mytle A Crummer

Looking on the internet there appears to be many antique books with this name plate. Mytle A Crummer was the wife of Mrs Le Roy Crummer, an eminent physician and collector from Omaha Nebraska [1] He died in 1934 in Los Angeles
