Second Cheetah Run 5k race run at the Cincinnati Zoo. The race started on a sticky, cloudy morning. The course is new this year and seemed even hillier than last year with twists and turns that makes it difficult to run an even pace. The final 250 meters was flat around the parking lot. This gave an opportunity to tuck in behind the runner in front and then overtake on the small home straight to the line.
